The Windy Hill internship program is offered to college graduates or individuals who are at least 20 years old. We look to hire individuals who have a genuine interest in farming and are eager to experience the work of a farm first hand. Interns will live and work at the farm for several months, typically beginning in the spring or early-summer and working through mid-August, at least.
