Marine Science Adventures is an incredible field trip for all ages. It covers a wide range of sciences as it explores the diverse ecosystems of the marine environment. Students love that the trip is all hands-on learning. We explore tidal pools, salt-water marshes, estuaries, bays, the gulf, dunes, maritime forests and the lagoon. We collect close to a hundred different species by using different collection tools such as seines, slurp guns, and plankton nets and students do it all! They especially love the sea turtle demonstrations on the beach. But we also explore at night and see even more cool things.
